Admissions

Thanks for your interest in Charlotte County Christian Academy!  We desire to make your process of inquiry and application as simple and enjoyable as possible. We encourage you to make an appointment with our office (info@charlottecca.ca or (506) 754-1494) to tour CCCA, receive answers to all of your questions, and to understand more about what CCCA is all about.

Required Forms and Documents

  1. Application and Registration – Please submit the completed application to the CCCA office along with the registration fee. This Registration Fee is non-refundable. The application form includes:
    a.    Student application, Health & Permission Forms
    b.    Code of Conduct Agreement (Grades 7-12 only)
     

  2. Covenant Agreement (included with application form) – All families must enter a covenant with CCCA to complete the enrolment process. This is a “Parental Understanding and Commitment” form, which states that parents agree with the policies of the school. Included in the covenant agreement is the CCCA “statement of Christian faith”. By signing the covenant agreement, parents partner with CCCA to uphold the school’s Christian foundation.
     

  3. Reference letters – Applicants are asked to submit two reference letters.
     

  4. Family Interview – An interview is scheduled with the Principal. The interview includes parents and students.
    ​

  5. Final Acceptance – The Principal and the school board make the final decision regarding acceptance, and parents will be notified approximately two weeks after receiving the full application and interviewing.

You don't have to wait for the beginning of a new school year to apply to CCCA. Students are welcome to register at anytime during the year. Feel free to contact the School Office by phone or by email if you have any questions, or if you would like to arrange an appointment to arrange a tour of our school.
